The Female Foundry was set up by Dentsu Aegis Network to support the development of female-founded start-ups around the world.

Curriculum

    Driving Change through OKRs

    Objectives and key results are a proven tool for founders that want to define their goals effectively and get buy-in and support from employees. OKRs are particularly important in times like these, where organizational alignment is essential. We’ll help you develop a set of objectives unique to your company and show you how to drive the action to meet those objectives.

Criteria

A recruitment criteria for female entrepreneurs wanting to join the programme has been developed for the application process. These requirements allow the accelerator programme to focus on a strong and driven team of female founders.

  • To participate in Female Foundry, women must own some share of the business equity and hold the main leadership position (e.g. CEO, General Manager, Director).

  • The company must be selling and should have the aspiration for growth. This program is for licensed / registered businesses that have been selling their products or services for at least 1 year, are generating revenue or were revenue generating prior to the pandemic, whether they are profitable or not.

  • The business should be leveraging technology in some capacity or is willing to adopt new technologies to scale and grow.

  • The business venture must be based within the US and Eastern or Central time zones to accommodate the live meeting times.

  • You must have access to a computer, broadband and ideally a webcam, as Female Foundry will be delivered online.
