In response to COVID-19, Female Foundry US will now be delivered as an interactive online bootcamp and we are inviting applications from female entrepreneurs across Eastern and Central US.
During this time of economic uncertainty, we understand how difficult it will be for small business owners to adapt and many will need to fundamentally review their purpose, business models and value propositions. Female Foundry is here to support you with navigating this time of uncertainty and aims to help you develop the strategies, skills, networks and resilience you need to respond and prepare for the future.

OKRs are particularly important in times like these, where organizational alignment is essential. We’ll help you develop a set of objectives unique to your company and show you how to drive the action to meet those objectives.
To participate in Female Foundry, women must own some share of the business equity and hold the main leadership position (e.g. CEO, General Manager, Director).
The company must be selling and should have the aspiration for growth. This program is for licensed / registered businesses that have been selling their products or services for at least 1 year, are generating revenue or were revenue generating prior to the pandemic, whether they are profitable or not.
The business should be leveraging technology in some capacity or is willing to adopt new technologies to scale and grow.
The business venture must be based within the US and Eastern or Central time zones to accommodate the live meeting times.
You must have access to a computer, broadband and ideally a webcam, as Female Foundry will be delivered online.
