A recruitment criteria for female entrepreneurs wanting to join the programme has been developed for the application process. These requirements allow the accelerator programme to focus on a strong and driven team of female founders.

  • To participate in the Female Foundry, women must own some share of the business equity and hold the main leadership position (e.g. CEO, General Manager, Director).

  • The business should be leveraging technology in some capacity or is willing to adopt new technologies to scale and grow.

  • The company must be trading and should have the aspiration for growth. This programme is for licensed / registered businesses that have been trading for at least 1 year and are generating revenue, whether they are profitable or not.

  • The business venture must be within the region of the host market.
